What we do



You contact us and I personally come for an initial home visit; to establish your exact needs.



We “find” a hard working, reliable and honest cleaner, with skills appropriate to your requirements (eg will ironing be needed?)



We vet and trial the cleaner and ensure they have a valid insurance plan.



Once we are happy, I introduce them to you and your home. You will be given the cleaners contact information once you are happy to keep them and they will be given the Contract For Services.



You will provide all cleaning products and equipment and provide a safe working environment for the cleaner. You will pay the cleaner each visit at a minimum of £15ph. In return, the cleaner will provide labour for the duration of your clean, along with Public Liability Insurance.



We will keep in direct contact with yourself and the cleaner to ensure high standards are met and holiday/sick cover, at your request. An alternative cleaner can be recommended, should you so wish. We charge a Management fee for the Contract For Services, which is £5ph, pro-rated and payable a month in advance (eg: if you have a regular 2hr weekly clean, my fee would be £43.33 pcm).
